DESCRIPTION

The centrality of Sanchez Aguilera headquarters regarding the city of Ferrol, urban confers great value because of its open connectivity with neighboring central neighborhoods, as well as with the so-called northern access. Eliminating physical barriers regarding Magdalena, Canido, Santa Marina and the Eixample neighborhoods, allow a new relationship between the urban space and the new building, and the surrounding environment.

Integration in the public living space, has been a starting requirement of this proposal by the sheer scale of the intervention as well as the identity and presence to acquire current volumes and walkways and newly created bodies, from the city and from inside the building for its positioning and accessibility from the rest of the site. Apply the solution proposed institutional signal labeled serving residential and student activities are organized.
